You can redeem your reward points to get discounts, cashback, or special offers. Simply select the reward option and apply your points during checkout.

Chargeable return means a return request where a fee is applied for pickup or processing. The return cost will be deducted from your refund or charged separately.

To apply for a new card, fill out the application form with your details, submit the required documents, and complete the verification process. Once approved, your card will be issued and delivered.
Limit Increase
To increase your card limit, submit a request through the app or customer support, provide updated income details if required, and wait for approval based on eligibility.
Card Block
To block your card, go to the app or contact customer support, select the card, and choose “Block Card.” Your card will be immediately disabled for security.
